Shipping & Delivery
Currently, all New Zealand orders are shipped through CourierPost
Shipping Costs and Calculations:
Charges are calculated based on your shipping address total
North Island - $10.00 (NZD)
South Island - $6.00 (NZD)
Shipping will be calculated on your order, in New Zealand Dollars, when you proceed through to the checkout and fill in your shipping details.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only.
Most orders received by us before 3.30pm NZ Time are shipped the same business day. If you received our order confirmation email Monday - Friday, before 3.30pm NZ Time, your order will be shipped the same day we received it. Please note that a very small number of orders require extra processing time for various reasons. Those will be shipped the following business day.
If you have ordered an item that is out-of-stock or sold-out, we will attempt to contact you immediately. Kindly understand that a delay may also occur if your credit card was declined or for address verification if your billing address was entered incorrectly.
PLEASE NOTE: Rural and some residential areas may require an additional day(s) delivery time.
Antique Print Gallery is able to process orders for delivery world wide. Any duties, tariffs or broker fees are not included in the order amount and will be collected by the shipper upon delivery. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return your merchandise because the goods are faulty, repack the product and all accessories that may have accompanied the original shipment in the original packing materials and enclose a letter of explanation. Returned products without a letter of explanation or missing accessories may not be accepted. A return label is included in the package. Simply attach the label to the outside of your package and send it to our warehouse using a good carton via insured Courier Post Mail or other Parcel Carrier of your choice. Merchandise must be in unused condition and in original packaging material. Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for same or similar products if returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
